I'm Joanna, and I'm thrilled to share my passion for beauty and confidence with you. With over 7 years of experience in permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, and training, I've dedicated my career to helping people look and feel their best.
Before starting this journey, I held senior positions at major tech companies. However, my true calling led me to the beauty industry, where I found my purpose in enhancing natural beauty and shaping confidence.
At QShadesBeauty, we specialize in semi-permanent eyebrows, eyeliners, lip blush tattoos, eyelash extensions, areola & nipple pigmentation, and scalp micro-pigmentation(SMP). I also offer professional training to help aspiring beauty professionals succeed.
